Seio`s Multicontroller

You know, a vortech and a cheap wavetimer and you don't even need to wait on this controller.

The only thing I HATE about the vortech is that the angle of flow isn't adjustable or I would buy one.

As I understand, the flow is so wide, the ability to direct it is irrelevant.

Really....hmmm, I might just buy one and see how it works. Can you get two and some how put them opposite of each other on like a random flow?

At over $300 a piece, who would want to, but yes.

That's exactly what I did. Two Vortechs controlled by an ACjr wavetimer. Great gentle random flow. I don't understand. Why wouldn't I want to do this? Need 2 to cover a 150G.

Do you have to have a wavetimer? Or do they come with some sort of controlling system? Two vortechs on opposites ends of my 58 running in a "tidal" type mode would be sweet!

No controller out yet, but they have stated that they would run on a wavetimer without issue. I think their auto soft-start requires a minimum switch time of a minute.

Well I could afford one VorTech and a AC Jr. What all would I need with the AC Jr to run my lights, and a vortech.

Or oscillating powerhead mount with a SEIO on it...just as good if not better as far as flow is concerned...

Have you seen one of these? Is something like this for sale somewhere?

I have seen one but I think a guy is DIY'ing them and selling them.

Mike

All in tank or made from a fan sitting on top of a tank?
