Seio`s Multicontroller

I just glued mine to a large magfloat with superglue. drsfostersmith was having a mag float sale and I picked up 2 large ones for about 12 bucks each. Blobed on the superglue, waited about 1/2 hour and put them in. That was back in Jan or Feb and no problems yet.

I recently added 2 seio 820s to my tank.
I have them wedged under the 1x2in. additions I had to add to the hood when I changed 120s from a dual overflow ( which didn't work, bad local design) to a non drilled tank.

I have a cpr overflow now.

I have 4 mj 1200s sitting on the bottom pointing up as per A. Calfo(with the nozzles cut off) hooked up to a wavemaster.

Also 1200 gph closed loop on the chiller and a mag 7 on the sump.

The seios are in the back pointing at a 45 deg. angle at the front glass.

I seem to get get good random flow like this.

I would like to see the seio controllers.

I just got two SIEO M1100s for my 110g tank. The flow at high output is VERY nice. At 15 second intervals (even if it goes from 30-100% on BOTH units), don't you still get a desireable effect? I don't understand why that announcement seemed to cause so much chatter...
I'll admit that price was a factor when buying these over a set of Tunze, but reading this thread a while back made me go ahead and buy the SEIOs - and now I am anxious to get my hands on the product. My only concern is that I saw it mentioned that these guys "felt warm" - how warm? Would having the controller set at 15 sec intervals make the pumps warmer than the longer setting? Is this something that'll heat my tank to the point I need a chiller?
After seeing onetrickpony's mod, and the posts after his, I think I'll stick my SIEOs on my MagFloats (I think mine is the 3x3" one). I'll need another (as I think they will easily hold the weight of the SEIOs). I think a DIY multi-functioning algae scraper/powerhead would be awesome! :smokin:

Didn't anyone talk to somebody from TAAM at MACNA about the release of these? It has been a week since MACNA (which most, including me, thought they would be released at) and there seems to be very little about this. As much anticipation as a new product can receive and this is where we are still at?

BUMMER!
