Seios thrashing

How can I stop my seios from thrashing my corals in the front of my tank? I have 2 seio 820's in a 50 gallon. I cant exactly get the flow to be good and not own my corals.

point the seio's at each other

you can also adjust the seios output by turning the screen to allow less water into the pump
