New Life Spectrum pellets are the ones to use. They are also full of all kinds of fatty acids and vitamins and I don't even know if selcon would be all that necessary if you feds lots of them. However, they do soak up garlic, selcon and the like with ease.
I feed 66-75% pellets, 25% mysis and every once in a while throw in some other kind of forzewn food that looked interesting when I was at the fish store.
With the NLS pellets, I was able to raise pomacanthus in captivity that you could barely tell looked any different than an adult collected from the ocean. Years ago, the ones that chagned in captivity would have far less color. Needless to say, I really like the NLS pellets.
