Pros: claimed to make your food into super foods.
Cons: Will raise your nitrate levels and cloud your water
-I have used this product on and off again. Did not really see a big difference. Bottles of Selcon shipped to me will cost me around $30. Depending if i buy in bulk. Personally, my fish are happy and healthy without it. Whenever i used it, it caused my water quality to drop and increased my nitrate output.
Decent product if you don't feed any other food except flakes, or nori. But if you supplement other foods really not worth the hassle and $$$. thats my opinion.

I've been using this on my Nori for a few weeks and the fish seem to love it. I use it very sparingly, 3-4 drops just to moisten the Nori. I feed the Nori chopped into flake-sized floating pieces on the surface of the water. I have not seen any clouding of the water or increased nutrient issues with this method. IMO, it's like feeding any other food.. portion control is key! GL!!
