Seminar on local Marine Critters for local Divers

The Long Island Divers Association is hosting a seminar on Marine Critters that can be found in our local waters. The seminar is the evening of May 7th. The details can be found here. I'll be one of the team of Marine Biologists

Yeah that was my duh moment. I noticed it after posting. Is it for divers only?

It's meant for divers, kind of like our reef club meetings are meant for aquarists. However, like our reef club, I doubt they'd say no to letting you in. Just RSVP as mentioned at the bottom of the flier and pay the $5, and odds are they won't even ask if your a diver. They seem to be a pretty open and friendly group like the bunch of us.

Just came back from the seminar. Most of it was disappointingly basic, but there is always something new to learn, and they were a great bunch of people.
