Sent me the wrong wattage bulb

I recieved my new AB 10k bulb today, to replace the new Ushio that won't work on the M57 ballast. Only problem, it's a 250w instead of a 175w which is on the sales reciept. :)

We will send the new bulb back and pay shipping, but would like to have the shipping charge put towards a credit on our account. Don't feel we should pay the shipping on your mistake.

i'm sure if you just give Jason a call he'll ship the correct bulb with a recall tag for the other bulb, you'll not be out a cent that way :)
when it comes to customer service these guys are first on my list.

Yeah, I ordered an Ushio and recieved it, only to realize they don't run on M57 ballasts like the old ones, so sent it back for an AB 10k only to get the wrong wattage. :)

I put a call into them, but they were closed, only open for walk in customers or something. Thought i'd throw it here also.

We will ship you the correct wattage out with a PrePaid UPS label to get the wrong one back, so you won't have to pay any shipping expenses or even label the box!
