September meeting (23rd), behind the scenes OKC Zoo.

(I thought I'd include the intro info again...)

As the title says, the next formal COMAs meeting will be a behind the scenes look at the aquatic complex of the OKC zoo...

It will be on September the 23rd at approx 1:00pm...
Due to space and time limitations we will be limited to 50 people...
Event has been opened up to spouses/guests - but once we hit 50, thats it...

Unfortunately I will be unable to attend this meeting as I have a weekend class that week. I do have some frags to pass on so if anyone from the Norman area is going and wouldn't mind taking them for me I would greatly appreciate it.
 
As it turns out, I don't think I'm going to be able to make the meeting. My mom is moving and it looks as though it will be only me and her moving all her stuff. I'd like to be put on the maybe list because I'm going to try my best to make it. Incase I don't see you all, have a great time!

Adult admission to the zoo is $7. They also offer group rates, I wonder if we qualify? Anyway, I have corresponded with the zoo representative about this saturday and this is what he replied:

"Sarah,
If you guys would please meet the aquarists outside of our education building that would be easiest. To get there, enter the parking lot for the zoo and keep driving straight. You'll hit a point where you will have to turn left. The building directly in front of you before you turn left is the education building. They can meet you guys out front of there and walk you down to the aquaticus building."

He did not specify a time, I will email him back and ask. In the meantime, lets assume we are meeting outside the education building at 1 pm. It is sure to be a great time. My sister and niece will be attending, so we can move them up from the maybe list.

My family is unexpectedly coming to Norman this weekend. I was wondering if I could bring them along. It would be 5 more people coming. That being said, if they can't go I unfortunately won't be able to make it. This is in no way a threat, I just can't leave my family behind. No matter how much I want to go. I'm sorry and thanks!
