In attendance: Eddie Neal, Randy and Ashley Outhouse, David Sease, Kim Rouse, Patrick (Pres of CRC), Jeffrey Moersch and Sara Cousineau, Matt Carberry, Don Chinners, Dana and Richard Hughs, Kevin Jett, Scott Davis, Joel and Steph, Jane, Eric

Winners Of the Raffle:

1. Group Orders
A. Club pays shipping on BOD sponsored orders (when a member of the BOD is the Order Administrator (OA) and has BOD approval)
B. BOD prior approval is required if a non BOD member is the OA (for shipping to be paid by club)
C. After total of order is established, the OA pays with his/her credit card. Treasurer will send check for total to the OA
D. When a group order thread is started, members should not post suggestions for other orders. This is distracting
E. If you have an idea for a group buy, PM the BOD or make suggestions at next meeting to seek BOD approval
F. Minimum order, from each participant, will be established by the OA
G. Each member who joins the order will pay for the order when items are picked up, make checks payable to the ETRC
the OA will mail the checks to the Treasurer.
H. Members who do not pick up/pay forfeit the privilege of joining future group orders.

2. PAR METER
A. Paid member use only
B. When not in use, Secretary has it
C. Secretary maintains a log of PAR meter use and test results
D. Meter can go from member to member only with Secretary approval
E. Time limit is next meeting. Meter should be brought to each meeting
F. Member is responsible for posting results of the test that they perform
G. When PAR meter is given make sure member understands how to use it
H. If the meter breaks during use, report to secretary
I. When meter is received, if found to be broken, report to secretary.

When mature the males are usually longer and thinner, but as juveniles I don't think it is possible to tell. We have started our breeding colonies by placing from 3-8 fish in a tank and letting them figure it out. They don't seem to be aggressive towards each other (most of the time, especially if given a larger tank); the dominant male simply guards all of the eggs from the colony.
