8:30 AM Pacific Time. Again when I try to access the support function at http://ecotechmarine.com/support/contact-us to open a ticket or register my equipment I get "Service Unavailable The Service is temporarily unavailable try again later"
Setting aside opening a new trouble ticket, I've tried six times to register my equipment with no success.
