I would like to say I was worried this would happen. But with the departure of Jermey it has not been as good. Today premium lost a 800.00 sale due to the fact that Michelle would not transfer me to Jason Fry. I have spoken to Michelle in the past she just dosnt have the product information I am looking for. Maybe you can bring Jermey back. Just my two cents.

I'm sorry I couldn't take your call. I'm always available via email. I already work 7 days a week and too many hours a day just keeping up with emails and running this business. I just unfortunately do not have time in my schedule to answer the calls.

Jeremy was excellent with product support and our existing staff is learning more of the high end products that Jeremy was more familar with.
