every thing on that side has died Anyway here is what i've learned. When the corals are going through any kind of stress and is bleaching, imediately remove the corals and frag off all the unaffected area and throw away the rest so that it doesn't infect the nearby corals. The brown jelly will kill off the stressed corals very fast so imediate action must be taken.
Do an emergency water change and add alot of carbon to the system so other corals won't get infected. The corals will seem like it has alot of tissue left and you might think that it will recover, but it will not, so frag it imediately.
