Setting up a QT tank?

I've noticed a lot of people in here lately asking how to setup a QT. Is there a sticky I could point them to? Or, if not, could we create a new sticky or integrate into a current sticky how to setup a QT?

Yeah, I've seen that. I guess I was wonder if there was something more in-depth, more step-by-step for the newbies. With pics would be great too.
