thank you
thank you very much
it really depends of what you have in there
if you have just live rock then thats enough
if you have a few corals i think it should be fine
but if you have a shrimp or some crabs then you might need a small filter

self made light fixture

new installed (and working) fan

That seems like a pretty large percentage of your tank dedicated to the filter. What are you planning on putting in there? (pump, fuge, etc).

Also, do you know if 50/50 bulbs or actinics are available in those screw-in bulbs? I have only seen the 9000 or 10000K ones like you show in your picture.

i know i wont be putting in any fish
but that is just were it out the piece of plexi for now it will be moved back

a return pump will be put on one side and on the other i will put some sponge and other stuff and that will overflow into the part where the return pump is

it will probably just become a quarentine tank and it will house some frags and when they get bigger i will put them in a larger tank

and i know about the bulbs you are talking about the are as bright as a 50 watt bulb
and 2 50/50 50 watt bulbs= 100 watts :)

The bulb you picture is only 10W. Two would be 20W, but should be plenty of light for your purposes. The "as bright as" on the package is meaningless. The one you show is actually 6500K (I can read it from the pic) which will be very yellow.
