Setting up sump

hey guys just wondering how you guys would set this sump up with and i only have one drain coming into sump just curious how you guys would set this up

It's pretty straight forward. Water goes from left to right.

The clear holder in the middle looks to be setup for an ATS.

Skimmer will go in the 2nd to last chamber.

Return pump goes in the last chamber.

what about only having one drain will that affect anything or should i just pick one of those holes to go in
