this means "Control Pad" - here the new (not still announced) GHL Control Pad can be connected (small capacitive touch display for GHL devices)
-> here you can add a "head unit" if you want to
let me clear up some confusion about master and slave units:
the new GHL Doser 2 will also be available in 2 versions:
- Master (Standalone) with Bluetooth and USB
- Slave, can be connected to ProfiLux or Master (old and new version, is compatible)
maybe you saw that the pumps are not centered, there is more clearance on the right side
this is the location where I planned to have the buttons and LEDs
the problem is that the buttons will increase the dosing unit price for the end customer about 15 € or USD20 and I am not sure if this is worth it

I would agree with this.
At this time I don't see any other way to purge the lines when making changes or topping up fluid after the tank has been empty.
GHL made a statement on the official forum about this, there will be a stepper motor version for this as analogue motors are 100% inadequate at dosing in less than 1ml.
