how do you tell the differnce between males and female clown fish?

just walk over to one, look it in the eye, and say 'I wanna secks you baby... all night long'...

i tried that. they swam into an aneome and have not come out yet. I think its reverse discremination.

The larger of the two is normally the female.

big one is girl small one is boy. If they are both small then one will change into a girl. you will see them shake and act weird for a while when its changing

WOw I saw mine shake and act funny one time a couple days after dosing calcium. Funny she is the bigger one. I have heard the bigger one is usually the female but never related the shaking to it. It is pretty cool that mine,and I am sure most of everyones are farm raised. please correct for the right term. I like having fish that are not pulled from the ocean..
