Do you think it is possible to breed stichodactyla tapetum by playing with photoperiod and moon cycle ?(In a dedicated tank)

Only for fun/challenge

I've had mine spawn several times; and though about collecting eggs but I have not found and reference to raising larva and metamorphosis

Yes but you need to time it correct and they need to fertilized. Literally youd have to let your tank get milky

Thats the problem with hosting nems not enough water volume to keep lots together

This is why i want to try it with Maxi mini carpet anemeones.

I do remember reading a post, not sure where, that someone had a baby maxi show up in his tank, and it was different color from anything he had put in original. His maxis spawned a few times. Mine I've witness spawn three times last summer but haven't seen anything out of it, and I only have an AC70 fuge (with ac20 impeller) For flow

yes. But method of filtration is much likely more important than photoperiod and moon cycle. Larger Stichodactyla tapetum will spawn without a specific photoperiod/mooncycle but aquarium filtration usually removes the spawn from the system quickly.
Best bet- use an aquarium with no mechanical filtration. No skimmer, filter socks etc.

here's a "maxi mini" spawning
