I think you'll want to see it in person. Under heavy actinic light, the red haddoni look darker than under normal light. Based on its sideways position, which I assume is because it is still acclimating, I would be concerned of its overall condition, which is why you'd want to see it for yourself. Hopefully by the time you see it, it will have dug its foot into the sand, which is a sign that it has energy. IME red haddoni are a lot harder to acclimate than other haddoni. I've had two die while other haddoni did fine. Not sure why this is -- could be that they are collected farther out and are therefore are in less than optimum conditions for longer, and when we get them they are in worse shape, just a guess.

It's hard to tell in the photo what the other two nems are. Could be haddoni or gigantea.

I will defiantly go tommorow morning and wait for them to open. Haddonis don't come very often here compared with giganteas. So I have to be quick, if not it will be gone the next minute. Most of the nems are here very healthy, but that is because we are close where it is collect from, but I sure will see if the mouth is tight and if it's sticky. Hope it will not die on me, haven't seen a red haddoni in more then a year.

The red haddoni is already sold. Someone was even faster then me. :(

sorry to hear that. if you come to the state bring me 2 giganteas and i trade you my red carpet since i have 2. here in the state i can get my hands on one for $350 shipped :D

Maybe I need to rethink if I go to buy a gigantea instead of a haddoni. We have to many giganteas here. I want a haddoni because I want a nem that stay on the bottom of the tank.
Can I keep a gigantea and a haddoni in a 60 gallon tank?

If I go to the state 1 day I will defiantly ask you guys if I need to bring some, they are so cheap here and I already asked if I can take it on the plane or not without license and invertebrates are allowed without license :)
