Shallow reef tank Club

that tank is sweet, the Depth is so nice and i love that big open space, for those dimensions its definitely shallow :)

Thanks. I gotta get some pics with the fishies in it. I finally have some fish (2 yellow, blonde naso, purple, sailfin, pair of clowns, 6 chromis). The blonde, 1 yellow, purple and sailfin were abused, they had them all in a ~60g or so, so they are all nipped up, because they picked on each other. Everyones living nice and harmoniously now.

i moved and setup my tank with the new steel stand so bumping for pics.

I like it GSM, your 20g is better stocked than my 190g lol. I just removed a good 50 lbs worth of rock today from my tank. Its very nice and open now. Pics to come when I get a new USB cable for my camera.

Hey, GSM

I see your using DT's and B-Ionic. Do you like one better than the other?

I have been using B-Ionic but DT's is so much easier for me to get now. I'm just wondering if you had a opinion.

Thanks for your time
Kc3

I ran out of mg and the lfs was out of b-ionic so I decided to try the dts out so far so good works fine.

wider>taller

Well, my driver's license says I'm 6' 0" but even that's a little bit of an embellishment....

really nice tank, any issues with micro bubbles due to the loc line being out of the water?

Thank you. Nope, no issues yet. Do people usually have issues?

Oh, I should have specified... the loc-line is 99% submerged. Out of the water just enough to break the back-siphon immediately if the power were to go out.

Here is my 1" acrylic 50 gallon rimless shallow cube @ 18" deep.... Nice to be a part of the club!
