OMG you added sand to that clean Envision tank!! I don't think I could do that, too much risk of scratches

Looks good though:p

pretty much an onyx, some say onyx need black dorsal others only think it means black connecting in between all 3 bars.

Sorry to cut in, just one question: should I do 3'x3'x1.5' or 3'x3'x2'? Which provide more appealing aquascaping?

Nick the tank is looking bad ***!!!

ive been playing with google sketch, and i sketched out my new tank ;) 24X24X16. I am also thinking on going with 36X24X12 All in One, agh.... decisions decision lol...

Nice shallow tanks everyone, Im starting to like them more and more as I see the nice examples. I used to always want a 30" tall, but I think our shallow tanks have more "usable" gallons, as far as fish go. I dont necessarily consider mine shallow, like GSMs, but its shallow for its total volume I suppose.

Its a 60x36x20 ~190g acrylic. I initially hated the shallowness, but I guess everything gets some solid light...

Heres my pic before I put my lumenarcs back on.. the fixture didnt light it up nearly enough.

GSM, youre so right with the wider being greater than the taller. I was close to trading my 190g for the standard 72x24x24 180g (because it was glass). But seeing that thing up close in person, it didnt look nearly as dynamic as my 190g. Enough about my empty tank, though =)
