Shark compatibility

I have finally decided to get a large tank thats fully set up from craigslist, as part of the deal i also get some fish including a blueface angelfish. I plan on putting cortez stingrays in this tank and possibly breeding them so i need to know if they are compatible, when i looked it up a got mixed answers

I would avoid angels that graze with most benthic sharks/rays. Not all are bad, but in general, they will end up 'grazing' on the shark and ray eyes.

If you get a good deal on the aquarium get it. Complete setups are a pain to take down, move and set up. Since it already has fish in it there is no I will finish setting it up tomorrow. If you start from scratch you get to set it up your way on your time schedule. Make sure you have some silicon to fix any leaks in the plumbing. Can you post a picture of the set up?

A little tip I saw the other day someone posted. When moving it just leave the sand in the tank.
