sharks

ive never done it but what kind of sharks you thinking of breeding. then that will give you an idea.

Tropicorium has been doing it with some smaller species for a while now (they're just an hour or so down the road from me).

They use vats with pond liners...I've never measured them, but if memory serves, they looked to be ~12-15ft by ~6ft and surprisingly shallow in water depth (looked to be less than 2'). It's been quite some time since I was there, but I think they're still going strong with it.

Yes, Tropicorium is still breeding sharks. I just bought one from them about three months ago. They sell the babies but the larger ones they keep to breed. I agree with the size of the tanks probably about 15 feet long, maybe only two or three feet deep.

The local science center here in my area, he doesnt intentionally breed sharks but it happens every other month... He sell's the shark egg to local fish stores...
