Shippement in Canada?

Well both biggest dealer in Quebec have problem getting services from Xenia.

I went to replace both of my clip because there is only one pin left on each and My favorite reefstore had about 12 open box of Tunze product because they don't get any service from Xenia since a while. They need to open box to remove parts waiting for Xenia to fill up.

He was also wayyyy tired of the clip on the nano because they break so easy, I told him if he got any of the new replacement clip and said Xenia still don't have any.

Any way to get service up here?

I am also having the same problem with my clips. It would be much easier if Xenia(Phil) could send replacement parts out like Roger does.

The factory has been closed for 3 weeks for the holiday, I am also out of clamps because of this. I expect Phil will get more very soon, we will get more in the US late next week.
