Shipping Question

Is it possible to have a FedEx shipment of fish held at the destination counter, rather than go out on the truck all day. It's a lot quicker for me to just meet the package at the counter and save the fish another four hours on the truck driving around Montana.

I've done this with other vendors and it can work out well, the package is just marked "hold at counter" with the appropriate address.

Thank you for your inquiry. You can certainly have your Live Aquaria order shipped to a Federal Express facility in your area. If placing an order online please use the Federal Express address for your shipping address. Please type, “Hold for Customer Pick Up” in the company line of the shipping address screen. If you would prefer to place the order by phone, please mention to the agent that you wish to have the package held at a Federal Express facility.

In the summer and winter months this shipping method is often recommended for the health and well being of the fish.
