Shops in Manhattan

Hi, I think I'm posting in the correct area but apologies if not. Im coming over from the UK for a holiday next week and wanted to have a look at a few shop while I'm over- could you recommend any worth visiting? I wouldnt mind somewhere with a good selection of livestock to have a look at but also a good dry good section where I can buy stuff. Thanks!

I used to live there. Manhattan Aquariums is nice...Also, they just opened a new Elos Aqua Studio in NYC.

I was just at Manhattan Aquariums last tuesday. No one said hello to me, and they were arguing in the back so you could hear through out the whole store. But other than that, they had a few very nice displays.
