Should I buy a fish with Lymphocystis?

There's a very rare fish at my lfs for a very good price however I'm pretty sure it had a pretty bad case of Lymphocysitis. I'm so torn because I really want to pair my current fish up with another one and this is the only second time I've seen this fish available. This is addition to the great price(although still pretty expensive if it died) leaves me very conflicted.

I guess my question is I know lympho is not a death sentence, but will it definitely go away with good water quality and diet?

I would do it. Good water will eventually cure lymphocystis. Adding selcon or equivalent to food will help it faster still.

I had a blueface with it very very bad huge pieces hanging off everywhere,
he is 8 inches I pulled him out and took it off his fins and gently scraped it off his body. also put in some cleaner wrasses . he is clean and it never came back.
here he is now

Four pomacantus in the same tank. Courageous. How big is your tank and do they fight?

this one is 300 gal I have a 400 gallon waiting to be shipped ,just waiting for my stand to get done . no fighting they all get along
