i have an opportunity to get a hawaiian 4 line wrasse, however, i'm not sure if it will easily get along w/ my current inhabitants:

pair of maroon clowns
one bengai cardinal
two firefish gobies
one fire shrimp

from your experience, do you think this will work? thoughts and input appreciated

Thanks, Garett

garett,
i wouldnt do it. i had a 4line and it was a PITA. it's very aggressive and even tried to pick fights with my purple tang. it killed 2 peppermint shrimps within 5 minutes of adding them to the tank, killed my cleaner shrimp, bullied my clowns, and probably killed a few of my blue chromis... however, i'd say they would be perfect for a frag tank cause they seem to hunt all day... hth

oh, i no longer have it, ever since i upgraded tanks... gave it away.

well no 4 line for me....sounds like a nightmare

Thanks for the input!

Rommel.....trust me if I ever have a situation like that I will definately give you a call....I'm sure a fish like the 4-line will do fine in your new gigantic tank!!! =)

Garett just get yourself a small fairy or flasher wrasse you'll be a lot happier with them, docile and pretty to look at... ( did I just say pretty, I mean NICE to look at )

I Agree, those fairy or flashers are real nice! Leopard wrasses are pretty sick too.

my 4lines is the king in my tank it kills every thing that looks simmilar and have similar sizes so if you gonna add any fish make sure its bigger than the 4line
