Should I get a 6025 or a 6045 ?

I have a unusual vertical reef (28"x18"x37") with sps on top and lps on middle/bottom. Circulations pumps today are 2 MJ's 1200. I don't get enough flow and want to replace them for nanostreams.

I already borrowed and tested Seio M620 (too weak), Seio M820 (seems almost good) and Seio M1100 (too strong, messed up substrate and lps). Should I get a couple of 6025 or 6045 ?

6025 is about the same as a 820 i would get 2x6025

I agree. Maybe 3 to get some flow low in the tank because it is very deep.

Ok, go for 6025's. I will try only two for now. It is really deep, but not large (only 18" - I call it a super nano...)
Because of that flow usually hits front glass and go down widely. If needed I'll add another one in future.
