I have a little 3 gallon Eclipse set up with LR and a small peice of pvc pipe. The tank is cycled and ready for an occupant. The LFS has a very small, 1 1/2 inch mantis they will sell me for $5.00. I only got a glimpse of him......he appears very dark colored.....almost black. The LFS guy says he has a purpleblue sheen to him. I think he is a smasher. They are really hard to come by here and I hesitate to wait......this mantis is not as colorful as some but I think would make a fascinating pet......what do you all think? Should I grab him? TIA
