I know this is an old thread but what happened to me about bleaching my coras was due to adding aminoacids, stay away from them in small tanks, mine is a 20-25 gallon tank and as soon as I added even half the dose of aminoacids the bleaching started to appear.
The most affected ones seems to be montiporas.
