Should I Quarantine Old Fish

I am in the process of setting up a much larger display. I want to ensure that this tank is completely disease free so every new organism will be quarantined. My questions come with what I should do with my old fish. I did not quarantine the fish when I initially bought them but over the last 3+ years and through 3 moves they have shown no sign of disease. I was wondering if I should still move to a holding tank and more closely observe and treat if needed or if I should just dump them in. Any advice would be appreciated.

Qt is never a bad thing. If they were mine and I had then for that long with no signs of parasites I would probably move them straight into the new tank.

This is an interesting opportunity to be 100% sure no Cryptocaryon has made it through. However, are you moving any rocks, sand, corals, or snails directly between tanks? If yes, there is little point in quarantine of the fish.
