Should I remove these three macros?

I would remove the Caulerpa's since they generally grow quickly and therefore can overgrow the tank. Move it to your refugium there is will do great ;)

Neomeris are (in my experience) rarely a problem and I would just leave it. I had some in my tank for some time but now it has disappeared.

I remember reading somewhere that the Neomeris grows as a result of very high calcium levels...for what it's worth....

Neomeris can be considered a nusance as much as any other algae in my opinion. I personally love it and have a ton of it. The problem is, it starts out green and pretty, then eventually leaves large dead white sections. You basically have to go back through and pluck each and every one, which is a VERY tedious task depending on how much you have.

Excuse the bad picture, dirty glass and all. My clowns started to host and I snapped it quick.

I would HIGHLY recommend you remove the Neomeris ASAP. It can go wild and take over, believe me. I nuked the tank with pool shock and started over with everything new but it coming back again for whatever reason. Here is shot that was bad but it got even worse before I had to tear it down.

One thing that helps when they are first starting to grow is to take the rock out of the water and I use a stiff brush dipped in fresh water to scrub the area. Fresh water seems to really put the kabosh on it. Also, check your calcium levels.
Robbie...is that all Neomeris in that tank shot?

Yes it is! It started as a few cool looking little clumps then BAM, the whole tank covered. Even all the snails had it growing off the shells like Dredlocks. I told everybody they were rare "Jamaican Snails", not usually available in the aquarium trade :)

I tried to get rid of it for a few years. I tried everything I knew, Including removing and scrubbing each rock one at a time, raised calcium over 500, lowered it to 185 PPM or less for weeks, more salt, less salt, played with Mag levels. UV sterilizer. MASSIVE water changes all to no avail. Like I said, after 2 years I just gave everything away and started over, but it back anyway. I just gotta knack for the stuff huh?

Holy smokes!!

I spent a LONG time trying to remove the feather caulerpa last night, what a PIA... although compared to what you were dealing with I had a walk in the park!

Yeah, I had a sore back several times from leaning over pulling the stuff and like I said, looks like I'm going to have to do it again. I wish I could figure out why it;s like that. I never had the before. I've had a tank up and running since about 1986 and had one or two shoots the whole time. I put the rock out of that tank into this one and it just appeared from nowhere and conquered. I thought I had it down pat. Got rid of hair algeas, bubbles, fought aptaisia, about everything and won and then this comes along. Never been a more frustrating thing in the tank. I had NEVER torn down a tank before due to a problem but this one beat me, so far. :(
