IME... roast it.. it will take all of the light you wanna give it (well, within reason :) )

agreed, also notice great coloration under 20k Radiums
 
I had my AquaDelight toward the top at the beginning under my 1000W. He didn't like it. The growth was very slow. I moved him toward the bottom of the tank. The growth just exploded. Of course, this was before the tank crash.
 
well most folks arent running 1000w !!! :)

if you put it at the top under 1000w and it came from a tank lit by a lot less intense bulb, then no.... dont give it all the light you can throw at it :)
 
Greg, as this is your coral, could you give us a full colony shot?

HOLY POOP iamthereefguy!! What size tank do you have that 1000w over? What K bulb are you running?

This is near the top of my want list for sure!!

according to MakoJ its an offspring from Greg Hillers, I just hope it looks like his some day
