Yeah im not complaining at all either. O)

Better then paying close to $1000 or more! haha

Its not the best acylic job, but it doesnt leak and it gets the job done. So im quite happy with it. I just wish I would get it finished so I can transfer my little cube.

Its wide but not very high at all, so i call it little. O)

24x24x10 - about 25 gallons

Im turning that tank into a lionfish tank or some other type of fish tank as soon as I get this other one up. Not sure what I want to keep in there.

A clam tank would def. be cool, but I am going on the low end of the budget. O) Some simple PC's, a pile of small LR in the middle and a lionfish. Maybe an eel or something else.

Im still debating whether or not I should get the oceanic 58 gal RR or a 60 cube RR from glasscages.com . I'm concerned about the craftsmanship, I've read a few too many horror stories and only couple really happy customers. I just dont understand why they dont have teeth in thier overflows! anyway, i didnt mean to hijak the thread...just posting my plans!

I wil start a thread on the progres of my new tank when I actually get to FLA! :)

good luck either way! if I had my choice i'd get the oceanic 58 gal RR ... but the euro-bracing is so nice! :D Tough choice!

I'm leaning that way only because of the "uknown" issues I may have with glasscages. I hate reading horror stories because I too will fall into the paranoid shopper mindset and wind up paying full price for a new one somewhere...but I really do like the cube shape and like the 24" width option too...

still waiting to hear from a local used 58 oceanic...

I'm the same way .. That is why I (personally) would shy away from GC. I actually sent them an email to get a 18" cube made. I got a one or two word answer from him "not interested" or something to that extent. Thought it was pretty rude. LOL. Maybe you can track down a Lee Mar tank, they are very nice!

I am very happy with the tank I got from Glasscages.com. However, it was not built for me personally. I have pretty much the same complain as everyone else that has one. The corners are not pretty. I had to scrape away some extra silicone and it was not the EXACT measurements given, but within an 1/8 of an inch. You can't beat the price. I just covered up all my corners and made it an inwall.

I believe I already posted this, but you can check it out if you want.
