 I do a lot of "unintentional" trimming all the time when cleaning the glass. The tank is really getting small as these corals grow out. And it just gets worse every day. There are a ton of places I just cant get to anymore. There is a large open area under the left most cap that I cannot get to at all.

hi there corro.

lovely tank youve got there! like the large monti caps and acros colonies- as most tanks these days seem to go for a great variety of sps that are usually all too small.

iantoh,

Your Goni's look like they're exploding!! They look great! Any tips for folks who are feeling adventurous?

Thanks man ... It has been a very fun and challenging tank. It is doing really well and has filled in really well! It is ToM for our local club (wasatch marine aquarium society) this month. I'm finally getting my top-off plumbed straight from my RO this week... So, one less thing to maintain! :D

Hi. I'm looking to construct a new stand and top install a new sump and skimmer below my 60g (24x24x24") cube tank. With a 24x24" footprint, I've been having problems coming up with a combination that fits in that small a space. I was hoping to run my skimmer (a PM bullet-1) and a return pump external to the sump, which eats up even more space. Does anyone with a tank of similar dimensions have any picks of their sumps and plumbing, etc.? And estimates of flow through them? Thanks.

i'm looking at starting up a cube. 4'x4'x2'. don't anywere near the money yet but i know what i want to. when i get it i'll post it here.
