The term "Big Box Chain" refers to a larger corporate operated chain/group of stores such as 'Walmart', 'McDonald's', 'Petsmart' etc. as opposed to independently owned and operated stores such as a local hardware store or restaurant that one person or partners would run. I hope that made sense.

Now that I know what a big box chain is, I've gotten some nice stuff at Petco. One example being the Bird of Paradise- they had it listed as a pink birdsnest, but I'm smarter :lmao:
