Tough to tell from the blurry photo but it looks like a symphyllia wilsoni, cant see the mouths but the polyps sure don't look like acans. Definitely want to see a better picture when you get it.

Thats exactly what i believe. The ployp pattern is not typical of acan, nor the color, even with all the ultra this and that these days.....i am pretty stoked either way.

but i will keep you updated, and definitely with better pics.

just got the coral in today. I do not believe the colors from the last pic to be a good representation, but it is still a beautiful bleeder of a coral. I am still on the fence about it being wilsoni, but i am almost certain it is not and really just want it to be. but its an acan. It went from unbelieveable score to great score, and i am good with that.

just got the coral in today. I do not believe the colors from the last pic to be a good representation, but it is still a beautiful bleeder of a coral. I am still on the fence about it being wilsoni, but i am almost certain it is not and really just want it to be. but its an acan. It went from unbelieveable score to great score, and i am good with that.

I've never seen an acan like that where the mouths connect to each other, usually each mouth has a separate circle around it, still connected by the tissue in between, but not the centers if you know what i'm talking about. I could be wrong, at least this is what i observe with my own. I also have an acan similar in coloring, purple outside, green inside.
