yes i agree great shot. As for the thread i also check it daily i am a big tang lover as you might already know.

Good thread, I try to buy fish that are tank bred but my LFS never knows if they are or not he says nearly every fish they get are collected from reefs though.

My little scopas, a very underrated fish. It's difficult to see the blue spots and coloration because they move around so much. A picture does some justice.

Im not sure I think they are open water spawners so it would be very difficult to breed in captivity

What size QT tank do you think is appropriate for a young tang in the 2-3" size range?

IMO--I don't think you need more then 15 gal for a qt for that size of fish---keep it simple so that its easy to setup easy to take down--easy to filter
