I think it may be some kind of goby, or maybe a pipefish, but though the color is close, I don't think the shape matches a D. grissingeri.

It's Doryrhamphus excisus. D. melanopleura has orange at the base of the caudal fin.

In fact I gave both names because if you look under fishbase, you can see that for D. excisus or D. melanopleura, the only valid name is in fact Doryrhamphus excisus excisus (I just ignore the paulus one)

But anyway I should have put only Doryrhamphus excisus excisus to give the valid name.
