It more what type of lighting than watts per gallon. For shrooms and zoas PC's are good, but they can be under pretty much anything besides normal florescents.
 
Not much. Most Actinodiscus can survive under NO fluorescent lights, but not recommended. I have many under pc lighting and they do fine. ;)
 
The hairy mushroom (green with brownish-pink tentacles, grow big) grows in 6g Nano-Cube under 18 watts 50-50 PC, but the bright red mushroom required twice more light, IMHE.

well ive decided to set up a 12galon AP i had back up

so now i can get pretty much any of em

For 10g, right? A little low, but this hairy mushroom is very tolerant to the low light:

Only grows big within 1 yr, could be a center piece too.

This, red, requires more light, IMHE:
