Shy Naso Tang

I have a new juvi naso tang that was in a QT tank for two weeks. I since have put him a DT and he has been there for 1 week. He seems to be VERY shy.......He will swim around but as soon as anyone comes withing 10ft of the tank he darts into the rocks. He's not really eating anything other than nori which I leave in there 24/7. Loves the nori! Is this shy behavior fairly normal or is it indicitive of too much stress and agitation? The only other fish in the tank are a clown fish and a pajama cardinal. I know he is not getting harassed at all.

i have a sick blue tang thats like than. he got bolder after about 2 weeks.

It just takes time. He's the new guy in the tank right now, but eventually he will start to fit in. As long as he's not getting picked on you have nothing to worry about.
