sicce options

I have I-Tech 200 skimmer with a Sicce pump and the shaft broke.
Can I buy a new shaft?
Should I replace the pump with another pump?
Do the new Bubble Blaster pumps enter the skimmer low like an ATB?
Looking for all options so to make the best decsion Thanks in advance.

Hi,

The BB's do enter low, or you can rotate the output and make them enter high, your choice. Instead of purchasing a new ceramic shaft, I would go and purchase some carbon fiber rod from a hobby store, and cut it to length. This will not break, and probably quiet the pump down just a little.

I do not know the size unfortunately, but if you take the existing shaft with you, find something that is identical in size, or just slightly smaller.

For my sicce, I measured it at 3.54mm. The closest thing I could find at LHS was 3.2
