Gotcha!

For those that are familiar with the sicce pumps I wanted to find out if anyone knows a flow rate site that shows the minimum gph for the adjustments on the pumps. By this I mean the 3.0 has a flow rate of 714, etc. yet if you adjust it completely down on the flow rate dial what is the minimum for the flow rates. I see they post the max's on 3', etc. yet I can not find stats on the low side at the same feet/distance.
Thanks for any help or links to the minimum flow rates for these pumps. I am trying to adjust the flow rate in my Elos to get as close to removing the gurgling in the overflow box and the 3.0 which is standard now on the new boxes on some of the aquariums puts the water level about 1" above the overflow hole instead of close to flush so instead of the water slowly entering the overflow it rushes into the overflow box making a nice gurgling sound. I have placed the 3.0 at the lowest setting and it has slightly lowered the water level yet the water is slightly above the overflow box hole level, about 1/4 inch, so its still making a slight gurgling sound. I am thinking if I can get a little lower flow so the water barely goes over the overflow hole it will make for a much quieter overflow/toilet/gurgling noise and lowering the volume of return water seems like a starting point to test this out even if I lower the water level slightly in the aquarium.
Thanks for any link you can supply.
I am trying to get a pump that is close to the gph that has some adjustability so I can dial in the exact flow. I currently have clamped the return hose a bit and have the level perfect and the overflow is close to silent yet I am afraid it may put stress on the pump if I clamp the return hose down like I have it for the testing.
