My new six line is sick.
Scales are raised and he seems to not use his front pectoral fin on one side that much.

Anyone?
He has been in the tank for 6 days.
The tank is been running for a year.
All other fish are fine.

Two most like suspects for that sort of damage are being picked on, and flukes. While the picture is very good, it's not quite sharp enough to determine which it is. Considering it's a new addition, I'd recommend placing the fish in a QT and give it a fresh water dip of 1 to 5 minutes. The dip will remove any flukes, as well as confirming or ruling out that possibility. The QT will allow the wrasse to recover and heal, as well as letting you treat it should that be necessary.

Thanks for you help.
I was ready to follow up with that and put him in a qt tank.
Too late. (crab breakfast)
