sick clown help please!!!!!!

I have 2 purcula clowns or false clowns. well ones face seems to be sinking in and there is a little white dot by her head. Also swimming funny at the top of the tank and breathing heavy and not eating. Please I dont want to loose her or get my other clown sick. I can go to walmart but otherwise wait till the morning about 12hrs from now any advice would be appreciated.

have you tested your water parameters?

ammonia will make your fish breath heavy and swim at the top of the tank...

yes and ammonia is .25 and nitrite is 00 nitrate 20 I have already quaranteened the sick one. so tommorow i will try garlic or copper? you know

stay away from the copper, use the garlic. If things dont get better then move on to medication
