I have a maroon clown that has what looks like small white worms sticking out around the head area.It has lost most of it's color. It is still eating alot, and does not seem to have a problem with breathing. Thanks david

When i first got him, he had heavy breathing, and grey pathes,i did a fifteen minute dip in freshwater with formalin. That cleared up,and that was about a month ago.I am thinking maybe a parasitic worm.

Here is a picture of the clown fish. Sorry it's not the greatest.

The formalin i used before was given to me, where would be the best place to buy it.How long do i dip the clown. The anemones are feed mysis, silversides, and krill three times a week. I have two more gbtas that are not in the pic. The one in the pic is the smallest.

Thanks marinap for the advice. So i still have a problem,i went to every pharmacy around here, and they don't carry or can order formalin.Where else can i look for it. THANKS DAVID
