Sick Clownfish! Blister on lower lip, white feces!

Hello, I am extremely new to the saltwater aquarium hobby. I acquired a 55 gallon tank with live rock, a leather coral, turbo snails, tiny starfish, tiny snails, aptasia, feather dusters, a yellow tang...sand. We had two saddleback clownfish, one went crazy and jumped out of the tank three times, the third time we weren't in the room and it died overnight, the remaining clown became very unhappy. We brought him/her to our local fish shop for re-homing...as they were very large and devoured peppershrimp we added to the tank. We were afraid he/she would have killed any new tiny clowns we tried to introduce. We then brought home two baby mocha clownfish and a dragon goby. It's been about two weeks and the clowns have mated...the male did the wiggle jig a couple times which was pretty cool to watch...so the larger female clown is the one who is sick. I first noticed her mouth open and a little red spot on her lower lip, so I thought she might have bumped into a sharp spot on a rock, or bit something she wasn't supposed to. Then about an hour later I noticed this long white string of feces hanging from her. I called our local fish store and they gave me erythromycin to treat. We now have a 10-gallon hospital tank with a mini heater set at 78 degrees F, a small filter unit with the carbon filter taken out. We put both clowns in the quarantine tank. I also used some garlic drops in their food. This morning I noticed the clear blister on her lip, it looks like there may be a few, one big one, and a couple small ones. She didn't eat this morning and is spending her time at the bottom of the tank sideways. She swims a little when the other one nudges her. Still white feces...I don't know what to do and it's freaking me out.

The 55-gallon tank they came from had all normal ranges except phosphate, I thought that was due to our protein skimmer not working well, phosphate levels due to uneaten food/waste? Salinity is 1.024, I have a 3-cycle filtering system, a power head, protein skimmer, 78 degree f water temp. They eat brine shrimp every morning, and algae I put in there for the tang.

The 10-gallon hospital tank they are in now also is at 1.024-1.026 salinity

Any ideas? Garlic, erythromycin working/not working :/
Thanks

I would try mysis shrimp. Brine shrimp are like the "McDonalds" of fish food. There is not a lot of nutrition. The blister seems like it could be a parasite. Did you QT this fish before it went into the DT?

Oh okay, I will look for mysis shrimp the next time I go to the store. No! I didn't know that was a thing until after she got sick. We put them all directly into the DT. The two clowns are separated now, but no other fish has the same symptoms. So im treating for a bacterial infection...what should I do for parasites?

I would need to see more pictures from different angles.

The mouth looks like a wound with secondary infection. And the white feces could be internal parasites.
But what concerns me more is the behavior and how quickly the condition worsened. That could be an indicator for velvet, brook or any other of the bad parasites.

The system at the store where they came from, did it contained any fish looking sick or behaving strangely?
I always study a fish I intend to buy: how it looks, and how it behaves. But I also look at the other fish in the system. If there are any that behave abnormal or sick or have whitish skin patches, breathing heavy, keep their operculum spread open as if their gills are swollen, or are clamping their fins I rethink buying anything from that system.

Both of the clowns were in the same system when we bought them. None of the fish in the particular tank we purchased them from looked to be in any distress, or have any strange behaviors from what I could tell. All were swimming around happy as can be, no fraying fins or anything of the sort. She seems to be doing better today, although I still haven't seen her eat, she must be because her poop is yet again a different color. Still stringy, but green today. The blister I was concerned with has now shrunk in size and I was initially very excited...but now the side of her face is swollen...as if someone punched her. The swollen area makes me think it's a growth of some kind.
