sick copper banded please help

I found him today in the corner of my tank looking strait up. he seems to be having trouble keeping ballanced. the top half of his body seams to be sheddeing some sort of mucus. he is breathing rapidly and his mouth is open. his colors are very dark and his mouth is open.

ill try to get some pics.

please help

the tank is a 120 reef. all perameters are fine
