sick dogface

I have a 3 inch dogface that got sick in my main tank, i moved him to the qt tank for 2 weeks everything was good with him.Then after a week back in the main tank it did the same thing again.His eyes just cloud up like there is cotton in it, does anybody know what it is or i can do.My tank is fine all my other fish are great

What are you feeding? How long have you had him?

i got him in Jan. he eats krill, silversides, dry shrimp.he eats good
